These Terms govern your use of the Cresori desktop application (the “App”), operated by Cresori (Wyoming, USA). By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms and to the Disclaimer and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. What the App is

The App is a local-first portfolio analytics tool. It imports your brokerage data and computes performance, attribution, risk, dividend, cash-flow and tax figures for your own analysis. It is not a broker, custodian, adviser or accounting service, and it does not execute trades on your behalf.

2. Not advice

The App does not provide investment, financial, accounting, legal or tax advice. All figures are estimates you must verify. See the Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.

3. Your data and accounts

You are responsible for the brokerage credentials, API keys and data you enter, for keeping them secure, and for complying with the terms of any third party (e.g. Interactive Brokers and your market-data providers) whose services you connect. Your portfolio data is stored locally on your device — see the Privacy Policy.

4. Licence

Subject to these Terms, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App. Paid tiers (Pro, Plus) unlock additional features; tier entitlements and limits are described on the pricing page. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse-engineer or circumvent the licensing of the App except to the extent permitted by mandatory law.

5. Subscriptions and payment

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through our payment provider. Prices, trials and the features of each tier are shown at purchase. You can cancel at any time; on expiry or downgrade your data is preserved and the App reverts to the Free tier’s limits.

6. No warranty; limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cresori is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your reliance on figures produced by the App. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will re-prompt your acknowledgement in the App. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, with the courts of Wyoming, USA having jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
